I had an interesting day today.
First I went to craft at the salvo's/ I took my pom pom wool to knit. But I did a lot of spying on others. I got talking about sewing and signed up for sewing quilting once a month. $15 for 6 hours of sewing lessons. Not bad. I am really excited about this. I use to sew for the kids but found now that my daughters can sew better then me I have no bothered. Move over girls! I aslo signed up for a trip to a craft expo on the 30th.
Then i had an appiontment with Peta. We talked about different things. I know I have to do some realy work with her in the future, but we had not meet for a month and because of our holidays it will be another month before we meet again. Then I will start some serious work with her.
Tori come home sick from school. She had a bad cold all weekend but wanted to go to school. They sent her home. So I guess she'll have to come to work with us tomorrow. If she sits in the warm ute with the radio on she will be fine.
Of to Broken Hill Saturday. It is a long trip but one daughter and two grand daughters the other end makes it all worth while.

pom pom
Today I got this beautiful mulity colored pom pom wool. It is to take to Broken Hill and to make myself a hat and a scarf. I got it from Lincraft. There wool is half the price of Big W. Which is a surprise. I am part way through the scarf for Addie. It is purple fluffly stuff that is horrid to knit. At first I hated it. And I had to undo it as I increased from 30 stitches to 50! The new one is 20 stitch wide. Plenty for a two year old. One week to broken Hill. It is getting exciting.
Tonight Katie cooked chicken wroapped in pastry. It was delicous. She is such a good cook.
It cold and wet in Ballarat today. Really winter. It ok for now but some times I need to go to the farm and do work and I hate it. I enjoy the farm work but not the cold.
Today I got 2 box fulls of clothes from /centercare that were Rivers. Plenty for me and the girls. Thanks centercare, the warm coat and jackets are just what we needed in this weather.
Last night I had the womens bible study here. It is on Esther. It was really good. Haman wanted to be honored above every one. Hight above every one. He ended up on Gallows high above everyone. Strange. But is seems that those who live by the sword die by the sword. That worries me as i have done some terrible things in the past because of my illness. Does that mean I will die in a terrible way too?
I am blessed with great kids and great grand kids. Monday Rachael reconized Hope in a photo on the wall. Isn.t that amazing

sunday
I went to church today. I go to the local salvo's. It is really good. It was about convernants today. There were a few convernants made, today. Including a 10 year old girl. Nicole spoke on the covernant of Christ. Where he had the last supper with the discipiles. It was good. It made me really think. I need to make clear my covernant with God. Am I faithful to him. Do I honor the discion to follow Christ . I have made several steps in this area over my life time. One being only a few weeks ago. I renewed my walk with him. Since then I felt good. I have not had and "incident" for some weeks now. I am going well. My family are happy and I am happy and people say they can tell that I am getting better by my face all the time! Isn't that great.
I am doing a study on Esther with the ladies from church. It is awesome. Beth (on DVD) is a great teacher and brings really important things out. I am really enjoying it and learning things at the same time.

grand daughters
Its been a lovely day. I have had my 9 month old grand daughter here today. She even put her arms out to me for a hug when she was on the floor. I was delighted! Then Hope skyped Bytha and we got to see Addie and Tiny. It was delightful. Yeah for skype. Tiny is now bigger then Rachael and 4 months younger
Today Tori got her bible out and her pen and paper and asked me to sit down with her and do some bible study/ We wrote out 13 verses in all. Then I went and started lunch and she kept going. Later in the day she was still at it and asked me to do some more with her, so I did. Then I went and made tea. She kept at it until I told her that we had to clear the table.
Its been a strange day. I woke up as I have all this week feeling not quite Ok. But I moved anyway. I got up and baked muffins for Glenn and made lemon slice. That has not been made for a long time as Katie does not make it and I have not done anything for more then a year. Anyway along came Hope and Rachael and I made Pinapple fritters for lunch. Rachael had her first taste of pinapple and loved it. I think she ate about 1/2 a fritter.
Then for tea I made home made vegie soup. Gravy beef with herbs and vegies. Then I toped it of with home made custard. It was all very yummy.
I had a lot of dishes to do but the day has been worth it.
